DataContext refactoring

    In an effort to refactor the overgrown DataContext, I extracted
    object/snapshot cache into a separate ObjectStore class. All unit tests
    seem to pass successfully after this change, but we do not have any tests
    for the serialization stuff yet.

    Craig, when you have a chance, could you confirm that serialization still
    works?

    P.S. Further refactoring should probably deprecate DataContext methods that
    are simple wrappers for the corresponding object store methods. Also I want
    to extract snapshot management methods in a separate class.
