I just setup JIRA to forward all newly created issues to cayenne-devel, so that everybody is aware of what is going on.
To reduce noise, a notification is sent only when the issue is created. Any other workflow actions will not result in this notification. If you are insterested in a particular issue, go to JIRA and start to "watch" it.
