Description:
Cayenne unit tests can not be run on DB2 at the moment, since
1. There is no BINARY or VARBINARY types on DB2 - everything is BLOB
2. When changing mapping to BLOB, some of the tables would fail that have binary PK. This requires conditional tests creation and execution to disable binary PK tables on DB2.
