Description:
The modeler currently only allows syncing a single ObjEntity with a DbEntity. However, often times changes to a DbEntity involves relationships with other DbEntities. The onus is then on the user to remember to sync all the ObjEntities, one at a time. This process is tedious and error-prone. A better solution would be to track all changed DbEntities and have a "Sync changed" item. Even a "Sync all" item would help.
