Description:
This is an aggegate bug report for all EOModeler-related bug fixes that will be included in RC3.
1. EO*Prototypes entities must be ignored on import
2. "valueType" of a prototype-based attribute is ignored, leading to a number of problems (no DB type, no Java type, etc.)
3. If entities use single-table inheritance, depending on the order of entity loading, there could be some inconsistencies. E.g. if sub-entity was loaded before super-entity, a common DbEntity could end up having duplicate attributes. As this was order-dependent, it was very unpredictable.
4. Different ObjAttributes mapping to the same column in an inheritance hierarchy could led to unpredictable results (e.g. no DbAttribute mapping for some entities, but not the others).
