Ok. The last message was a poor fix -- doesn't even compile. A closer look
at getAttributes shows that it's handled in there correctly instead. It
looks like the super entity code in allAttributes()/allRelationships() is
redundant.
So I investigated and found that my middle inheritance object in the modeler
didn't have the inheritance set, so maybe everything was working in the
first place.
So chalk all the flattened attribute bug reports up to user error :)
