Description:
Cgen2 makepair=false doesn't properly set superclass/superpkg. I think it just sets them to subclass/subpkg values as it wasn't needed for singleclass.vm.
However, when used for non-class-gen (or custom class-gen) templates, these values need to be preserved so they can be referenced.
