The code in SelectObserver.partitionBySource implicitly relies on the fact
that no many-to-many relationship ca be prefetched... Need to do an explicit
check (and for now maybe throw a descriptive exception)

There's still no descriptive exception. You still get a ClassCastException
when prefetching a flattened relationship with addPrefetch().
