Just noticed that I can no longer start more than once instance of the Modeler on my machine. Turned out that our pre-M4 HSQLDB jar upgrade doesn't work nicely with our preferences engine... HSQLDB data files structure has changed while HSQLEmbeddedPreferenceService "moveDB" and "copyDB" methods expected the old structure, so we ended up with corrupt copies.
I have a fix for that. Will check in shortly.
