rop tutorials move complete

    Hi All,

    The rop tutorials are moved to maven.

    From;
    https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/cayenne/main/trunk/
    tutorials/quick-start-rop

    mvn install
    cd cayenne-rop-server-tutorial
    mvn jetty:run-war

    from another shell

    cd cayenne-rop-client-tutorial/target
    java -jar cayenne-rop-client-tutorial-3.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT.jar

    I'll update the tutorial shortly.
