Website is pointing to old incubator URLs.

Detail that might otherwise be missed: I think the artifact id has been restructred so it's now maven-cayenne-plugin instead of cayenne-maven-plugin.

I wonder if the page could include a paragraph to explain to people how to get it working if the information gets old again - ?
