QueryCacheFactory is a very powerful cache customization mechanism. We need to support configuring it in the Modeler.

* For default factory (MapQueryCacheFactory) - support setting 'cayenne.MapQueryCacheFactory.cacheSize' property; this also requires updating DataDomain code to pass configured property to the factory method.
* Allow setting a custom factory (how do we pass properties? Should we finish Modeler Properties feature first?)
