Changes to the data map classes

Changed class names:
- EntityRelationship to ObjRelationship
- Join to DbRelationship

Eliminated reference to ObjEntity in DbEntity class. Changed DataMap
allowing to search ObjEntity by database table name (this function may
be useful for the tools). In fact, do you think we may need that
reference in there just to make the data map changes easier within the
tools?

Also updated the Rational model with these changes.
