CVS tip of the day

Here is one I needed all the time but discovered only recently.

1. Normal "cvs update" checks out of newly added files and merges/updates
modified files. What it does not do is checking out new directories. It can
be real confusing sometimes.
2. Use "cvs update -d " if you want all the latest imported directories
(and I can not think of a case when you don't)
