Right now I am writing some code to convert queries into XML and vise versa.
And there is a small design question: is it worth to give users possibility
to convert and write or read from streams parts of queries (like qualifiers
or conditions)? Or, maybe, we should let them work with the whole queries
only. Appreciate any opinions.

PS. Certainly, it is easy to implement any of these tactics.
