Ant based class generator

    FYI: An Ant-based class generator is added to Cayenne (called "cgen", but
    really it is up to the users to call it anything they want).

    While class generation will be supported in the GUI, this task would allow
    to include class generation in a build process. It is real fast and
    flexible. Classes are only generated when needed (when they are older than
    DataMap).

    User Guide is updated too. In particular this page describes in detail how
    to use new task in your build.xml:
