Now GUI supports ability to import multiple schemas into the same data map.
To achieve that you follow these steps:
    1. Import "parent" schema
    2. Select data map.
    3. Import "child" schema. If there are any duplicate db entity names, GUI
will ask whether to replace existing one with the new.

Also fixed issue with associating data map wtih the data source ("data
node"). To add existing data map to the data node
    1. Select data node
    2. Go to "Project" menu
    3. Select "Add Data Map" (it turns to "Create Data Map" when you select
    Domain).
    4. GUI presents the list of existing data maps under current domain (minus
those already under current Data Node).
    5. Select one or more data maps for the data node and you are done.

The changes are checked in and should be in the next nightly build.

By the way, what mechanism do we have to mark "pre-fetching" relationships
    (on query to query basis)?
