    Hi Elia,

    I vaguely recall someone having a similar issue some time ago. Can't
    find it now though. On the other hand we have a unit test in Cayenne
    confirming that integers are reverse engineered as such on MySQL. I
    wonder if this is some combination of JDBC driver and MySQL versions?
