    I am pretty sure this was covered somewhere in the archives, but I could
    not find a "cookbook" answer -- is there some easy way to achieve
    "meaningful primary keys" for reverse engineering a Sybase database
    using Cayenne 1.1 (or 1.0)? While it might be "wrong" to have these, it
    is reality.
