"Browse Data" tool for Cayenne Modeler

    If anyone wants to be daring, I've created a patch against 1.1RC1 to install
    a "Browse Data" tool item for the modeler.

    This is similar to OpenBaseManager's Browse Data tool as well as the DBEdit
    tool for EOModels. The goal is to eventually provide all of the
    functionality of those two tools (and more) right in the modeler.
