    Well I'm just swinging 0 for 2 today... :)

    What I meant is that DBCP relies on JNDI (as opposed to
    DBCPDataSourceFactory itself), which it at least can. When I'd used it
    in the past, there was no way BUT JNDI to get connections. Not
    necessarily true now though...
