    I don't have the 1.1 modeler around, but in the xml, I see this in my
    1.1 DataMaps:

            <db-entity name="ACCOUNT">
    [...]
                    <db-key-generator>
                            <db-generator-type>ORACLE</db-generator-type>
                            <db-generator-name>ACCOUNT_SEQ</db-generator-name>
                            <db-key-cache-size>1</db-key-cache-size>
                    </db-key-generator>
            </db-entity>

    As Michael says, not sure if the default 1.1 jdbc pk generator
    supported cache size.
