    Ulrich,

I have progressed: checked out WOProject as a simple project, ran ant
on build.xml. Got the following output:

    Buildfile: /Developer/Applications/eclipse/workspace/woproject/build.xml

    .ds_store:

    check:

    check_file:

    set_other:

    correct_win:

    check_env:

    set_mac:

    check:

    dist:

    prepare:
            [mkdir] Created dir:
    /Developer/Applications/eclipse/workspace/woproject/dist/woproject-1.0b3
            [mkdir] Created dir:
    /Developer/Applications/eclipse/workspace/woproject/dist/woproject-1.0b3/src
            [mkdir] Created dir:
    /Developer/Applications/eclipse/workspace/woproject/dist/woproject-1.0b3/examples

    java:

    define-classpath:
    BUILD FAILED: /lib not found.
    Total time: 2 seconds

So still I have no joy. Any suggestions?
