    thanks for the quick reply.
    here are the answers to your questions :
    - The pached ant.core is installed.
    - The build is done via ant ( in the WOLips preferences, i've selected
    Run Ant as "ant" )
    - Eclipse version 2.1
    - i found old traces in the .log file ( i'm attaching the .log to this
    email ) , however when i start eclipse now ( and the lockup happens )
    nothing gets added to the log.
