    Thank you for answering!

    The person who has this problem does not use eclipse. He just use ant
    to build WO project on windows because that is faster than using
    ProjectBuilder :)

    We have tried to delete his wobuild.properties and re-generate by
    running ant with build-user-home-wobuild-properties.xml but that
    didn't help.
