This seems, to me, to be the rub ... You're firing up the embedded
Derby in the Eclipse classloader. I would be sort of hesitant to
recommend doing this as I'm not sure how it would ever cleanly stop.
I think network derby would conceptually be a lot easier to deal
with. Granted this is only an issue if you cause EM require the db to
start, which is only on sqlgen and reverse engineer.
