Class Name in Entity Modeler should default to the Application's package instead of no package
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                     Key: WOL-771
                     URL: http://issues.objectstyle.org/jira/browse/WOL-771
                 Project: WOProject/WOLips
              Issue Type: Improvement
              Components: wolips
Affects Versions: WOLips 3.3.* Next Stable Build
             Environment: 3.3.5409
                Reporter: John Huss
                Priority: Minor

An entity's Class Name in Entity Modeler should default to the Application's package instead of no package for the first entity created. Subsequent entitys are already put in the same package as existing entities, which is great and should continue. But the first entity should default to the Application's package.

This is helpful for beginners and for experienced users who forget to include the package. Having any package appear by default is a great reminder that a package needs to be chosen.
