Yeah, I don't know why I thought I wasn't having the problem with
5241, but your are right, it is doing the spin-thing.
Maybe it's all the new code to automatically create change Migrations
that's doing it.... if so, I can put up with the lag if it gets us
delta-migrations sooner!
