Warn when newly created resources are not included in a patternset

When creating either
1) a new EO model or
2) a new component
WOLips should display a warning message when you hit Finish (or somewhere, sometime) if your new resource isn't included in the current patternsets. It could even offer to add an entry to the patternset. But most likely the user didn't know to place the item in the Components or Resources folder and needs to be told where to place it.
Another improvement might be to always default these items to be places in the Resources folder regardless of the current selection, then a prompt might not even occur.
Having worked with several new people learning WO, this is a common error.
