New Classpath Hotness breaks Servlet Deployment

When writing the classpath entries in the web.xml file, woproject is writing the paths to the frameworks directory incorrectly (it is missing the "Library" directory:

WEBINFROOT/Frameworks/...

instead of

WEBINFROOT/Library/Frameworks/...

This causes servlet deployments to immediately fail with:

HTTP Status 404 - Servlet WOServletAdaptor is not available
