I do not see a way to "relate" bugs in jira, so I will do this. I believe that the following bugs are all a result of, or are at least made worse by, the fact that the WOLips UI does not seem to recognize that a WOComponent is one thing, and should be created, destroyed, templated, edited, renamed, or (whatever), as a single unit. One should not have to do something for the .wo directory, then for the .java file, then for the .api file, then for the files in the .wod directory....
