For what it's worth, it did the same thing to me, but all the other issues I was having led me to just stare at it with a glazed look for an extended period of time as it repeated these lines.
It actually eventually went through and installed after showing that error 50-100 times. Patience isn't always my strongest characteristic, but apparently it worked out for me this time.
