Adding event handling

    I would like to check in the initial support for event handling, tomorrow
    or over the weekend; package will be org.objectstyle.cayenne.event. The
    current unit tests require DBUnit and I'm not sure yet how to integrate
    them, but this is only a temporary situation, and might even lead the way
    for the rest of the DB tests.
    Everyone cool with that?
