You are absolutely right. With the PrimaryKeyHelper cached in
DataDomain, it wasn't refreshed when the new entities were added. I
fixed the regression tests, but this is a bigger problem of maintaining
consistent data structures. Map events will help us fix that, for now
we should probably call PrimaryKeyHelper.reset() explicitly every time
new map is added.
