I think we need to upgrade the license used to distribute Cayenne to
make it legally correct. The original license assigns the copyright of
the software to "ObjectStyle Group". At the moment ObjectStyle Group is
not a legal entity and therefore can't hold copyrights. This was
originally pointed to me by my customer who happens to be an IP lawyer,
but this is common sense anyway.
If at some point in the future "ObjectStyle Group" becomes a registered
entity, similar to say Apache Foundation, we can change the license
once again, simply because current license places no restrictions on
any future use of software (including changing the license itself).
So here is the proposed new version of the license. Note that it still
mentions ObjectStyle Group, but as a place where the project is hosted,
not as a copyright holder.
