So far, everything appears to be working.
I'll go ahead and run my application with the new build and let you know if
I run into any further problems. That won't help testing in the non-locking
case, but it'll give the locking case a good test.
I also have a table synchronizer that should create a bunch of batch
updates. I'll give that a try, too, in the next day or two.
