    Hi,

Just wanted to talk a bit about 1.1 plans. I think M6 (or maybe M7)
should be the last 1.1 "free-fall" milestone, and then we should go to
    Beta.

The only major new feature left is scriptable parameterized raw SQL
queries called SQLTemplates. I am half-way through it. I am sure this
will blow everybody's mind (EOF has nothing close to it!) and will be
one of the major things to the users, probably even more important than
the new Expression API. But more on this later.

What I was wondering now is do we have any major things overlooked? If
anyone has anything to add/suggest for 1.1, do it now (here or via JIRA
issue tracker). Since once we go Beta, in order to stabilize the code
we should freeze all API changes unrelated to bug fixes. The major goal
will be testing, bug fixes, and ramping up the Modeler. Just like in
1.0 cycle, there will be no feature freeze for the Modeler until the
    very last moment.

Also I am planning to change JIRA versions from 1.0-STABLE/1.1-DEV to
1.0-STABLE/1.1-BETA/AFTER-1.1 to reflect our current development
    status.

    Andrus
