Hearing no better suggestions, I added an "outputPattern" attribute to cgen.

By default, it is set to "*.java"

Every occurrance of * in the pattern will be replaced by the current cgen
classname (typically entity name, although it would be _entity for the
superclass with makepairs enabled).

Along with the excludeEntities/includesEntity, this should provide all the
flexibility necessary to generate custom files from the model using cgen.
