    Is the timing right to modify ObjEntity to stop using
    getSuperEntity.getDbEntity() and change the modeler to no longer disable
    DbEntity for inherited ObjEntities?

    Perhaps I need to change getDbEntity to only check
    getSuperEntity.getDbEntity() if no DbEntity is specified...?

    Is there anything else that needs to be dealt with in order to not break
    single-table inheritance support?
