Hmm.. I just checked the Confluence admin screens, and beyond the
ability of each user to receive updates every 24 hours, I couldn't
find no other notification mechanisms. So probably Tapestry is using
a newer version. So at this point sending 24-hour updates to cayenne-
cvs is kind of pointless (anyone can configure their id to receive
them)... Once we upgrade to a newer version, we'll get back to it again.
