Ok. That seems straight-forward. I'll create
org.objectstyle.cayenne.access.DataContextFactory as below, a
DefaultDataContextFactory, and
DataDomain.setDataContextFactory()/getDataContextFactory() methods.
Or do we want to skip the DefaultDCF and just fall back to the old
method directly?
