I was going to make M9 all about nested DataContexts, but with some
other commitments I don't have enough time to finish this before the
holidays (though a lot of needed refactoring is already in place). So
I decided to post M9 with what we have right now, namely:

(1) finalizing of generated columns API and GUI
(2) "generic" objects support (CAY-405 is already in CVS)
(3) finalizing custom query API (I will be writing about this on Wiki
shortly)

Besides there was lots of work done under the hood to bring together
ObjectContext and DataContext stacks (new "portable" ObjectId is one
of these things).

Just wanted to give a heads up. I will post the actual release later
this week.
