modeler file open history

    I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I seem to remember that
    previously, if the last folder opened was removed, the open window
    would walk up the path looking for a parent that still exists. Now, it
    just shows the modeler bin folder.

    What is the correct behavior here? I can patch it really quickly if it
    did (or should) behave the previously way.
