cgen refactoring

    I just updated cgen-related classes to support loading custom
    templates from third party jar files (before that custom templates
    could only be loaded from the filesystem). This is generally useful,
    but my specific motivation was to be able to use templates from
    cayenne-jpa. In the process I cleaned up class loading mechanism to
    guess the class loader instead of using explicit "bootstrap" class.

    Please let me know if this change caused any problems to anyone.
