    I'd like to propose to give Bill Dudney Cayenne committer status.

    I believe there is no need to introduce Bill here. His blog posts two
    years ago generated lots of interest in Cayenne in the Java
    community. Now it was his idea to start the Apache bid and he was our
    de-facto mentor in this process even before he became the formal
    mentor. And he is willing to help in the future.
