    Ok, I was able to locally upgrade Jira from 2.4.1 to 3.3.2 (a version
    that Apache is running). I haven't tested it extensively, but so far
    it looks like perceived Jira upgrade problems were greatly
    exaggerated. And I can successfully create the backups now!

    I'll upgrade ObjectStyle.org site to 3.3.2 early next week, so that
    we could do an export at any time.
