    Hi All,

    Just wanted to wrap this up. We are not going to request an issues
    list but instead all the issue traffic will come to the dev list.

    BTW - we can always add an issues list after we get going if the
    traffic gets too heavy.

    I'm going to try to submit the JIRA issue to INFRA..apache list this
    weekend to get our JIRA setup and I want to have all the right info
    in the request.
