Also, for external hyperlinks, it says on the mouse hover, "Visit page
outside Confluence." If you are trying to set up a static site, might
want to change the hover text, too.

When I click on the navigation links on the right hand side I get page
not found errors.
For example, I open the main index.html, then click on User Guide link,
then click on Expressions on the right-hand side and it can't find it.
Seems to be for all the right-hand side links I've tried so far.

Confluence just spits out the content between div id="ConfluenceContent
(which I post-process just a bit for links)
Everything else is what I came up with to mimic the Confluence look as
