OK, I'll work on the hand-coded HTML tonight or tomorrow.
I just made updates in cayenne-ant, cayenne-java-1.5, and cayenne-other,
too.

all files like "package.html" are hand-coded, so we need to put
headers in there.
generated HTML files are in cayenne-other/wiki-docs... This has to be
fixed with Ant. I will look into that.
