My vote is for simplicity. I'd much rather see real code written than
trying to muck around with a more complicated API (that's why we're all
working on Cayenne ;-)).
The way I see it, if we do things properly, then if we need to down the
road, we should be able to change platforms fairly straightforwardly.
Having said that, there would be value in using the Eclipse RCP, since the
work Bruno has been doing could be integrated nicely. I am happy with the
split we currently have, however.
